THE QUESTION OF THE GROUNDS FOR APPEALING THE DECISION OF THE ARBITRAL TRIBUNAL

Abstract
The article analyses reasons to appeal against the arbitration court decision determined by the Law of Ukraine “On Arbitration Courts”. The connection of such reasons with the task and principles of arbitration proceedings is examined, their essence and content are investigated, and proposals are made to improve the arbitration legislation in terms of concretizing the subject matter of the dispute in an arbitration agreement and the reasons for recognizing such an agreement as invalid.
