ASSESSMENT OF THE NEED FOR LEGAL CONSOLIDATION OF COMPULSORY MEDICAL INSURANCE IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyzes the historical aspect of the emergence of insurance medicine. The foreign experience of different health insurance systems has also been researched. The potential effect from introduction of insurance medicine is analyzed. The conclusion is made about the expediency of legal fixation of compulsory medical insurance in Ukraine.
