TOPICAL QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CARRIER'S LIABILITY UNDER THE MARITIME CONTRACT

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to research of theoretical aspects of liability of carrier under a contract of affreightment (bill of lading as security of title), considered nature of relationship that exists between consignment and presented his property, and examines issues of legal regulation of conflicts arising in maritime sector. The attention is focused on problem determination procedures for liability and limits of liability of carrier pursuant to international conventions which regulated matters concerning real rights to a product that is in way contract of affreightment.
