Administrative methods of activity of the public administration for ensuring circulation and use of weapons in Ukraine

Abstract
The article proved that the methods of administrative activity of public administration in the field of circulation and use of weapons in Ukraine–is a system of specific techniques through which is carried the purposeful influence on the behavior subjects of administrative relations in the sphere of ensuring the circulation and use of weapons. It is aimed at guaranteeing the rights, freedoms and lawful interests subjects of administrative relations in this sphere. Such methods is the licensing, control, supervision and registration.
