ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURAL NORM: CURRENT THEORETICAL AND LEGAL SCIENTIFIC APPROACHES

Abstract
The article is focused on determining the nature and characteristics of administrative procedural norm as primary element of administrative procedural law of Ukraine. The modern theoretical and legal approaches to understanding the administrative procedural norms and their essential features have been generalized.
