TYPICAL INVESTIGATIVE SITUATIONS DURING THE INVESTIGATION OF CRIMES RELATED TO ABUSE OF MINORS

Abstract
The article deals with the concept of investigative situations and analyzes their essence. The classification of investigative situations on different criteria, such as stage of criminal proceedings, time of occurrence, the level of difficulty for situational variability, the presence of contradictions in the interests of the participants. Detailed investigation of the situation at the time of occurrence. A list of typical investigative situations, consisting of the initial, subsequent and final stages of the investigation of the criminal proceedings. A list of required investigation (search) operations carried out any investigation of the situation in the investigation of crimes related to corruption of minors.
