PUBLIC OPINION: APPROVAL OF THE LEGAL STATUS OF A HUMAN EMBRYO

Abstract
In this article the author has been given full information about the results of ques- tioning of students of the Polotsk State University, Faculty of Law. The main ob- jective pursued by the authors – is to identify public opinion on the feasibility of introducing a ban on abortion and ensure the protection of human life of the embryo. According to the results of the survey conducted it was found that for the most part, respondents category of citizens supported the absolutist approach that the human embryonic life should be protected from the moment of conception. Moderate and liberal approaches were chosen small number of students.
