Administrative procedures as an element of the legal regime of access to public information.

Abstract
In the scientific article the author considers the peculiarities of the legal regulation of the regime of access to public information. It is determined that providing access to public information requires improving the search for appropriate ways to optimize the legal provision of the right to access to public information. The system of legislation in the sphere of access to public information on the legal force of regulatory legal acts was characterized, and it was concluded that the shortcomings of such legal regulation are: insufficient legal regulation of the responsibility of employees for violating the standards for ensuring the right of citizens to information and, as a consequence, the substitution of legislative regulations.
