Abstract
The article states that the administrative procedures of the organization of probation in Ukraine are the officially established at the legislative level, the procedure and grounds for applying to the subject of probation of the system of supervision and social and educational measures that are carried out by the probation authorities by a court decision, without serving punishment in places imprisonment and the provision of information necessary for the court that characterizes the subject of probation.
