Abstract
In an article using the functional approach, a scientific search is carried out for the place of the Qualifications and Disciplinary Commission of Public Prosecutors in the system of state authorities. The definition of justice as a complex concept, which is a separate specific system of social norms and institutions – the justice system. It was concluded that in this system, the Commission is one of the bodies that perform the functions of forming the prosecutor’s corps, and is the prosecutor’s governance.
