ТРАНСПАРЕНТНІСТЬ У СИСТЕМІ ПРИНЦИПІВ СУДОЧИНСТВА

Abstract
The article analyzes the origin of transparency and the emergence as a principle of the judiciary in countries with developed and open democracy. It is determined that the principles are a dynamic phenomenon and are constantly in a state of development and modification, therefore the implementation of their classification remains an open question. Transparency as a principle of the judiciary is not directly and legally enshrined, but indirectly it is applied in the activity of the judiciary.
