Abstract
In article it is analyzed features of standard regulation framework of the prosecutor’s self-government in Ukraine. A comparative analysis of the legislation of Ukraine, Poland, Moldova, and Estonia in the sphere of regulation of the activities of the bodies of procuratorial self-government has been carried out. Investigates international standards in this area. The proposed changes to the domestic legislation to improve the regulatory framework of the organizational forms and the legal status of prosecutorial self-government.
