ПРИЗНАЧЕННЯ ТА ФУНКЦІЇ ДЕРЖАВНИХ ОРГАНІВ У СИСТЕМІ СУБ’ЄКТІВ СОЦІАЛЬНОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ

Abstract
The article examines the terminological aspects of the concept of “state body”, the legal nature of the state and its bodies as subjects of social security, their place and role in social security relations. It focuses attention that the appointment of these bodies is not only in accumulating and distributing additional social and material benefits to the population, but also in effective and efficient regulatory policy in this area, designed to introduce market principles for regulating social security relations, to decentralize these processes. A number of functions of state authorities are distinguished, which, in the author’s opinion, emphasize their central place in the system of social security subjects.
