Abstract
The article is devoted to the peculiarities of activity of subjects of prevention and counteraction of violation of customs rules. The author notes that customs authorities are constantly working to increase the efficiency of their work and increase the effectiveness of activities in detecting cases of smuggling and violation of customs rules, which promotes a positive dynamics in the activities of entities to prevent and counteract the violation of customs rules, as in all relative and absolute performance indicators. The necessity of improvement of the process of interaction of customs bodies with other state and law enforcement bodies in the field of struggle and prevention of violation of customs rules in the part of information exchange is emphasized.
