Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of modern problems of the legal regulation of land public relations in the sphere of individual dacha construction, in particular, the problems of acquiring rights to adjacent land plots. Attention is paid to the observance of the principles of stability and predictability of relations in this sphere, which are constituents of the principle of legal certainty. The procedure for prolongation of the land lease agreement for individual summer construction is clarified.
