Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of theoretical and applied aspects of administrative legal protection of intellectual property in entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine. The basic characteristics of objects of intellectual property and corresponding security documents are considered. The tendencies of changes in the indicators characterizing the processes of administrative and legal protection of intellectual property in business activity using quantitative statistical data are determined. The ways of improvement of administrative-legal regulation and protection of intellectual property in entrepreneurial activity are offered.
