Abstract
The article deals with the administrative and legal principles of the organization of primary professional training of police officers. The author has proposed the definition of the term “the primary professional training of police officers”. Was analyzed the forms of organization of primary professional training of police officers and the barest necessity for regulatory of the mentor status. There are proposals to change for the better of the Regulation on the primary professional training of police officers.
