АДМІНІСТРАТИВНО-ПРАВОВИЙ СТАТУС ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ ПРОБАЦІЇ В УКРАЇНІ

Abstract
The article determines that the administrative and legal status of the organization of probation in Ukraine is an interconnected set of tasks, rights and obligations of the probation bodies of Ukraine, which are fixed at the legislative level, in accordance with which the system of supervisory and organizational-legal measures applied in court decision is implemented. in relation to persons, which are subject to judicial proceedings, as well as in relation to persons who were brought to justice in court and the guilty of which has been proved in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
