Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to the clarification of the legal regulation of administrative procedures in the area of citizenship, immigration and emigration. It is established that the legal regulation of the provision of administrative services in the area of citizenship, immigration and registration of individuals is based on the subject of legal acts in the field: 1) citizenship, which includes issues of obtaining citizenship of Ukraine; types of services for Ukrainian citizens regarding travel abroad, etc.; 2) Immigration – arrival in Ukraine or abandonment in Ukraine in the manner prescribed by law foreigners and stateless persons for permanent residence.
