Abstract
The article defines the types and features of delegation of powers to self-regulatory organizations. Classification of functions of the self-regulatory organizations is carried out focusing on regulatory, guarding, control-pinning; the importance of application; depending on the existence of public-private interests; related to the implementation of the delegated authority; depending on the tasks performed. Indicated internal delegation (from self-regulatory organizations to self-regulatory organization) and external delegation (from state authorities to self-regulatory organization).
