Abstract
The article deals with problematic aspects concerning the procedure for granting a concession of state and community property. Changes of this procedure suggested in a project of the new version of the Law of Ukraine “On concessions” were critically analyzed. According to the results of the research, propositions on improving the procedure for granting concession of specified objects are grounded.
