Abstract
Article is devoted to problems of opening of inheritance, in particular, to time and the place of opening of inheritance. The value of time and the place of opening of inheritance and an order of their definition is analysed. The research is conducted taking into account the analysis of court practice of Ukraine, legal positions of the Supreme Court of Ukraine.
