Abstract
The article is devoted to the issue of the administrative and legal regulation of the powers of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine regarding the implementation of the functions of technical regulation and the development of proposals on the areas of improvement of the relevant legislation. The analysis of the current state of administrative legislation in the investigated sphere is carried out; Some results of lawmaking activity on improvement of administrative legislation are described; proposals were made regarding the directions of increasing the efficiency of administrative and legal regulation of the activities of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the implementation of the functions of technical regulation.
