Abstract
The article is dedicated to the problems of perfection of the legal standarts regulating in the native legislation the right to secrecy about health condition, as well as the institution of medical secrecy. The content of the norms of the Civil Code of Ukraine “Fundamentals of the legislation of Ukraine on Health Care“, which regulate this sphere of public relations , is analyzed. It was concluded that there is a number of drawbacks and gaps in the current legislation and the proposals for their elimination were formulated
