НОРМАТИВНІ ЗАСАДИ ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ АДМІНІСТРАТИВНО-ПРЕВЕНТИВНИХ ПОЛІЦЕЙСЬКИХ ЗАХОДІВ

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the legal framework of administrative and preventive police measures. On the basis of the provisions of normative acts of Ukraine, which detail the grounds and procedure for the use of preventive police measures, the author defines the powers of the police in certain spheres of public life. The author points out that in this plane there are still a number of problems associated with the lack of a clear mechanism for the application of certain preventive measures. In addition, in some cases, the lack of clearly defined responsibilities of persons against whom preventive police measures are applied, for example, as in the field of road safety, leads to a significant number of conflict situations.
