КРИТЕРІЇ ОЦІНЮВАННЯ ПОЛІЦЕЙСЬКИХ ПІД ЧАС АТЕСТУВАННЯ

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the criteria for assessing police during the certification process. Particular attention is paid to the definition of the essence of the concepts of “criterion” and “criterion of evaluation”. The content and main approaches to the classification of criteria for assessing the activity of policemen are analyzed and characterized, their characteristics are singled out. The main directions of further improvement of evaluation criteria are determined for the purpose of increasing the effectiveness of evaluation of police activity during the certification process.
