СУБ’ЄКТИВНІ ПРИЧИНИ ДЛЯ ПРИПИНЕННЯ ТРУДОВИХ ПРАВОВІДНОСИН З ІНІЦІАТИВИ РОБОТОДАВЦЯ

Abstract

The article discloses the content of subjective reasons that serve as a basis for terminating the employer-employee relations at the employer’s initiative. The essence of concept “non-compliance with the position held” has been analyzed. The attempt to analyze such a reason of terminating the employer-employee relations as “immoral act” is reflected.
