Admissibility announcement statement in the court for consideration of criminal affairs on the crimes considered by stable organized agreements

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of problematic issues of the organizational and legal bases of the prosecutor’s activity while maintaining public prosecution in a court in criminal proceedings about crimes committed by persistent criminal groups. On this basis, practical recommendations have been proposed for the preparation, filing and justification of prosecutors’ petitions on the possible disclosure in court of the testimony of witnesses given at the preliminary stages of the criminal process, the construction of a formula for the lawful conviction of the court about the possibility of carrying out this procedure during the court session, as well as the reasoning for the admissibility of use such testimony as evidence.
