The right to use property as a contribution to the authorized capital of company

Abstract
The article deals with the legal nature of authorized capital and contributions. It is revealed that for the formation of authorized capital, the founders and participants may transfer in a company not only property, but also proprietary rights, proprietary rights to another’s property. In this case, investigates the legal possibility of contributing the right of use the property in the authorized capital of a company.
