Motives and motivations as comprehension factors of metanthropology of legal mentality

Abstract
Considered the mentality in the extraneous natural-legal space. The intellectual and sensible metanthropological principles of mentality are substantiated. Theoretical knowledge about attempts and possibilities of acquiring mental norms is realized. It is best realized through motivations and motives (it does not include natural mental standards that are unchanged). Key words:
