Abstract
Th is article contains the analysis of the Act from the 24th July 2015 introducing to the polish legal system the institution of so called „adoption with advise”. The author talks over the particular regulations and points out the doubts involved in their interpretation and practical use. Highlighting the shortcomings of this Act the author doesn’t deny the need to regulate the issues connected with the mantioned adoption, critically responding to particular regulations adopted by legislator.
