Adrenal Incidentaloma: Diagnostics and Choice of Therapeutic Management

Abstract
Taking into the consideration the widespread usage of modern instrumental methods of topical diagnosis, the choice of the management of patients with adrenal incidentalomas is a topical problem in current medicine. Both the detection of hormonal hypersecretion and the malignant process exclusion are principal when choosing management tactics for the patients with adrenal incidentalomas. The authors presented the results of instrumental and laboratory diagnosis of 333 patients with adrenal incidentalomas.
