ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF IMF AND UKRAINE COOPERATION: THE IMPACT OF TRANCHES ON THE EXTERNAL DEBT OF THE COUNTRY

Abstract
The article discusses the granting of IMF tranches by the stand-by system for Ukraine and their impact on its economy. The stages of cooperation between Ukraine and the IMF are characterized. Programs of mutual relations of Ukraine and the IMF have been studied. A number of positive and negative consequences of Ukraine's cooperation with the IMF have been singled out. The financial position of Ukraine in the IMF is shown. The strategic tasks of improving the cooperation of Ukraine with the IMF are considered. The consequences of the provided tranches in crisis time and possible consequences for the economy in case of subsequent crediting are justified.
