ADVERTISING OF DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS AS A CHALLENGE FOR LEGISLATOR AND REGULATOR

Abstract

The aim of the article is an attempt to bring the topic of advertising of dietary supplements in the face of the beginning of the discussion on the relevant solutions in the sphere of legal regulation and on the role of self-regulation in this area. In particular, it is worth considering, where lies the source of problems: in insufficient legal regulation, or rather in the area of enforcement of existing legal norms; what is the role of the legislature and governor in solving problems and eliminating the risks of advertising activity in the area. The subject of the advertising of dietary supplements, and more broadly: health products, is multi-faceted and it goes beyond the one develop, but it is certainly growing and noteworthy detailed analysis.<br/><br/>
