AMENDMENTS OF CONTRACTUAL EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIPS

Abstract
The Author describes an amendments introduced in 2015 into the Polish Labour Code in matters of employment contracts for a definite period of time and legal restrictions imposed by the State in 2015 on the freedom of parties (employers and employees/workers) to conclude such labour contracts. He argues that the most current amendment blears an outline between definite and indefinite contracts of employment.<br/><br/>
