AEROSOL SAMPLES ELEMENTAL ANALYSIS FROM SOME ROMANIAN URBAN REGIONS BY PIXE TECHNIQUE
Journal Title: Journal of Science And Arts - Year 2011, Vol 14, Issue 1
Abstract
Aerosols deposits on filters from ten Romanian towns with different kinds and levels of industrial development were studied in this work. The elemental composition of samples was established by performing Particle-Induced X-ray Emission (PIXE) measurements. The concentrations of the following elements: S, K, Ca, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn, As and Pb were determined.

EXPONENTIAL SERIES AND COMBINATORIAL PROBLEMS
In this paper we analyze two problems of combinatorial geometry, colouring problems, that, by the solving method have a tight connection with the series Particular cases of these problems have been proposed at the Intern...

INVOLUTE CURVES OF BIHARMONIC CURVES IN SL2(R)
In this paper, we study involute curves of biharmonic curves in the SL2(R). Finally, we find out their explicit parametric equations.
OPTICAL PROPERTIES OF CdTe/CdS SOLAR CELLS DETERMINED BY INFRARED FOURIER TRANSFORMER (FTIR) SPECTROSCOPY
CdS/CdTe solar cells have attracted much attention as the most suitable candidate for thin-film compound solar cells, and research is being conducted to establish the viability of these devices. Although the films are po...
STUDY OVER OPTICAL ABSORPTION AND EMISSION IN SEMICONDUCTORS
The study of the optical properties of semiconductors is essential in the field of photovoltaics. The present paper represents a review over the main interests over the electrons emission and absorption and the Schockley...
