AGILE IMPLEMENTATION IN THE ACCOUNTING SYSTEM

Abstract
The essence of the Agile methodology, its conceptual foundations and the main aspects for its effective implementation are explained in the article. The popularity of the practical application of the Agile approach in various business areas, in particular in the construction of the accounting system is analyzed. The requirements for the formation of Agile-team, taking into account the main problems of the implementation of flexible management technologies, are reviewed.
