PROBLEMS OF IMPROVING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF LABOUR MOTIVATION AND THE WAYS OF THEIR SOLUTIONS

Abstract
In the article, we present an analysis of contemporary literature, which examined a significant number of motivational models describing various aspects of motivation of labour activity arising from its increase, on one side or the other. But there is no model that would carry out a complex examination of it from different sides. In this regard, a comprehensive theoretical motivational scheme is proposed that describes the actual process of motivation in interrelation with various components.
