AGITATION AS AN IMPORTANT COMPONENT OF ELECTION CAMPAIGN – SELECTED ISSUES

Abstract
The pre-election agitation is a controversial problem occurring in every election. It is not possible to present this problem in all-embracing way in this little study because it is a very multithreaded issue. Concerning that, the author subjectively limited the content focusing on an essence of agitation and pointing the civil right to agitation of every citizen. Obviously the agitation may be restricted in some way. The author presented this sort of cases pointing these related with a place and a time of agitation.<br/><br/>
