Akciğerde Primer “Lemfoepiteliyoma-Like” Karsinoma

Abstract
Lemfoepitelyoma-like karsinoma sıklıkla nazofaringeal bölgede görülür. Oral kavite, tükrük bezi, timus, akciğer ve mide yerleşimi de gösterebilmektedir. Primer akciğer lemfoepiteliyoma-like karsinoması ise oldukça az görülmektedir. Kliniğimizde 20002007 yılları arasında 3 erkek, 1 kadın olguya lemfoepiteliyoma- like karsinoma tanısı konuldu. Olgularımızın yaş dağılımı 22-49 arası olup, ortalama yaş 33.25 idi. iki olgumuzda sol hiler, 1 olgumuzda sağ hiler, 1 olgumuzda trakeal kitle görünümü vardı. 1 olguya sol pnömonektomi yapılarak postoperatif radyoterapi (RT), 2 olguya torakotomi ile biyopsi sonrası, 1 olguya da özefagus invazyonu görülmesi üzerine kemoterapi tedavisi verildi. Lemfoepitelyoma-like karsinoma Asya nüfusunda daha sık görülmektedir. Bu grup hastalarla ilgili uzun dönem takiplerini içeren çalışmalar sınırlıdır. Mevcut yayınlar optimal hayatta kalma süresinin 2 yıl olduğunu ifade etmektedir.
