АKMEOLOGICAL APPROACH AS A BASIS OF PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL SELF-FUNCTIONING OF THE FUTURE SPECIALIST

Abstract
In the article the acmeological approach is considered as the basis of professionalism of a future specialist. The essence and essence of concepts are revealed: acmeological technologies, acmeological approach. On the basis of the considered interpretations the concept is defined: professionalism, person-professional selfperfection, self-development. It is determined that activity is an indicator of «acme» level.
