Abstract
The article presents the main acmeological characteristics of the professional environment of the higher school, presents the analysis of basic research and publications on the adaptation of young teachers in high school, outlines the main factors for achieving the professional and pedagogical adaptation of the young teacher, reveals the study of the acmeological approach to the design and realization of the technology of professional pedagogical adaptation of young teachers of higher educational institutions of the non-pedagogical profile, presents problems of formation of vocational and pedagogical adaptation of young teachers in pedagogical theory and in methodical work practice in higher educational institutions of non-pedagogical profile.
