Abstract
Термостабильность и оптимум рН слабосвязанной с клеточной стенкой и растворимой пероксидазы изменяется в зависимости от природных условий и сезонов вегетации. Активность пероксидазы тоже варьирует во времени. После пика пероксидазной активности (и, априори, возрастания концентрации пероксида водорода) следует увеличение экспрессии дегидринов.
