Abstract
Бактериальная кольцевая гниль, вызываемая [i]Clavibacter michiganensis ssp. sepedonicus[/i], - широко распространенное заболевание картофеля, наносящее значительный экономический ущерб сельскому хозяйству и семеноводству. Наличие латентной формы инфекции затрудняет диагностику болезни и способствует быстрому и незаметному распространению патогена. На сегодняшний день наиболее эффективным методом контроля данного заболевания является ПЦР диагностика.
