Abstract
In order to standardise the management of patients with STEMI, after the preliminary diagnosis and a teleconsultation with a cardiologist, unless contra-indicated, DAPT should be initiated (ASA 300 mg, tikagrelor 180 mg). The routine onset of prehospital DAPT (ASA 300 mg, tikagrelor 180 mg) is recommended in patients with a very high risk of NSTE-ACS when the preliminary assessment indicates an urgent need of invasive treatment. The teletransmission and teleconsultation system should be the basis for creating regional networks enabling prompt and effective reperfusion therapy of patients with ACS. When unambiguous data are not available, the analgesic treatment of patients with ACS during their transportation to hospital should be individualised. Caution must be exercised in the case of administering morphine due to its potential interactions with oral antiplatelet drugs.
