Abstract
The article deals with the question of compliance with international obligations in the administrative legal proceedings sphere. It is noted that international cooperation in the administrative legal proceedings sphere is a part of the international cooperation of Ukraine and provides for the strict observance of generally recognized principles of international law. It was emphasized that observance of decisions of international institutions within the framework of international legal cooperation and integration of Ukraine into the European community testifies to the international partners the correctness of the chosen way of building a legal and democratic state.
