Abstract
The article analyzes the content of the concept of "the principle of activity", identifies the principles of public management, and provides a basic definition of the term "principles of public management in the bodies of the National Police of Ukraine." The author classifies these principles and considers the content of institutional (general) principles of public management in the bodies of the National Police of Ukraine.
