Abstract
В статье анализируется влияние режима дня как ключевое звено спортивной гигиены. Авторами отмечаются основные правила организации распорядка дня, его основных частей — подъем, зарядка, водные процедуры, питание, учебная, физическая, общественная деятельность и сон, и польза для здоровья человека при правильной организации режима дня.
