Aktywność fizyczna czy aktywność ruchowa?

Abstract
W artykule cytuje się fragmenty z różnych prac naukowych i dokumentów. Celem tego cytowania jest przedłużenie wcześniej rozpoczętej dyskusji wokół dwóch podstawowych pojęć z kultury fizycznej – aktywności fizycznej i aktywności ruchowej. Okazuje się, że utożsamianie tych pojęć jest wielce problematyczne.
