Algerian experience in the agricultural sector Evaluation attempt for fifty years of independence (1962/2012)

Abstract
n celebrating the fiftieth anniversary of Algeria's independence, it is very important, as researchers, to evaluate Algeria's experience in agriculture. In order to deal with this subject and to achieve its objectives, we ask the following question: How can we evaluate the performance of Algeria's agricultural policies after fifty years of investment in this sector? We try to answer this question at through the following points: -The course of agricultural policies in between (1962-2012). -Economic evaluation of fifty years of investment in the agricultural sector. -The benefits obtained and obstacles to overcome. The objective of this study is to make an economic assessment of agricultural and rural policies in Algeria. This is useful given the importance of the agricultural sector and its benefits reflected in the economy
